County Executive, Mercer County
Daniel R. Benson is the county executive of Mercer County, New Jersey. He assumed office in 2024 after winning the county executive election. As county executive, he oversees the administration of Mercer County government, including management of county departments, implementation of the county budget, and supervision of county programs and services.
Before becoming county executive, Benson served in the New Jersey General Assembly representing the 14th Legislative District.
