Kevin J. O’Toole is a New Jersey attorney and public official who serves as chairman of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. The Port Authority is a bi-state agency responsible for transportation infrastructure and facilities across the New York–New Jersey region, including major bridges, tunnels, airports, and seaports.
