New Jersey General Assembly, 14th Legislative District
Wayne P. DeAngelo is a Democratic member of the New Jersey General Assembly, representing since 2008 the 14th Legislative District, which covers the southeastern part of Mercer County. He serves as Deputy Speaker of the Assembly and has established a legislative focus on utility regulation, veterans' affairs, and infrastructure policy. Prior to his legislative service, DeAngelo served on the Hamilton Township Council from 2002 to 2005 and on the Hamilton Township Planning Board and Zoning Board. Professionally, he has worked as an assistant business manager for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 269, building upon his background in the electrical trades. DeAngelo has been a resident of Hamilton Township, Mercer County, where he has lived with his family.
